A 50% advance payment shall be made, on customized orders, to prebook the order for confirmation of the product. Amount shall be transferred via online banking to the stated bank account/Easypaisa account

Once the order is confirmed based on the choice of fabric, design, and color scheme, changes can not be made to the piece while it is making.

Minor adjustments can be made IF possible with the color scheme only depending on the stage of the product-making.

The design may vary slightly in shade, size, and orientation during replication as the pieces are hand-painted directly without sketching in prior, and the applied craftsmanship leaves room for variation.

Advance payment is non-refundable if the cancellation is made from the client's end.

The remaining 50% of the total amount shall be paid once the product is ready for delivery upon which the order will be dispatched and delivered.

A delay of a week or so can be expected from the scheduled date of delivery in case of an urgency ONLY.

Aftercare of the product/s is a must which will be briefed upon delivery hence any negligence by the customer towards handling the product as prescribed by the vendor shall NOT be subject to replacement or refund of money
